EOFY Sale Terms & Conditions

General:

The End of Financial Year (EOFY) sale from Ethika AU will adhere to the following conditions outlined by Ethika AU.

Black Friday sale will run from 22nd June 6pm - 29th June midnight. Sale prices are determined by utilizing the specified code for the above time period. 

Ethika AU will not honour the EOFY pricing on orders placed before, or after the outlined sale period. EOFY discounts are strictly valid on new orders placed between the specified times above, with the code.

Orders placed without the code, during this time period, will be processed at full RRP. 

All items are included in this promotion, however the code must be applied for this to be utilized. 

Discount offered is off the products original RRP

Modification and cancellation of orders:

Due to the fast-paced nature of the EOFY Sale, Ethika AU will not modify orders once placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly before placing it. 

Ethika AU reserves the right to withhold the original card payment fee (3%) on cancelled orders. You will be notified, at the time of refund transaction, if this has been applied.  

Delivery Addresses:

Ethika AU cannot be held liable for any packages missing, or incomplete from incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please check your address is correct before checking out. 

Delivery Times:

Due to a high volume of orders placed, and delivery network strains, Ethika AU will not be responsible for any orders received after the proposed delivery times. By agreeing to your order with Ethika AU, you understand that delivery estimates are purely estimates, and relevant to a courier system running at full capacity, without delays. 

Ethika AU reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, without notice.

Incorrect Stock:

Ethika AU reserves the right to cancel items on an order that are incorrect stock, without notice at any time. Should an item on your order be out of stock, you will be processed a partial refund (of that item) and your order will be shipped without communication to exchange products. 

Shipping Times:

Due to the high volume of orders, our dispatch facility will ensure your package is sent as quickly as possible, however we are unable to ensure same-day dispatch during this sale period. 

Ethika AU will not accept any slander, or cancellation requests due to high volume.
